Broken Arm Nightmare I went here after I broke my arm. I had to wait in the lobby with a broken arm for almost an hour and then they told me they don't take my insurance. They were rude and I felt like I wasted a lot of time because the receptionist told me upfront they took my insurance and then after waiting they said they did not. I complained to the doctor and then I left and went to another doctor. Would never go back here. Long wait time, staff isn't knowledgeable, and doctor was rude.
