I have been seeing Dr. Zimmer for years, and he has made an enormous difference in my quality of life and wellbeing. He is an expert in his field, always caring and empathetic and a brilliant psychiatrist.
Dr. Zimmer is an exceptional practitioner. I found him about ten years ago and have not looked back. He is kind and empathetic and takes the time to get to know you. There is no one size fits all. He continues to check in with you if you are taking a different medication to ensure it works correctly. He does all this with kindness and generosity as he continues to get to know you. Having Dr. Zimmer in your corner is terrific. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Zimmer is a top psychiatrist and has worked collaboratively with me on many cases involving addiction and trauma. He is conscientious, caring and highly competent. I value his expertise in differential diagnosis and the support he gives to his patients.
Dr. Zimmer is one of those rare physicians who are both extremely well educated and at the same time very personable. His knowledge of medications , their purpose, side effects and contraindications is awesome. He is open to new/different options for dealing with medical issues including Integrative options. I've been a patient of Dr. Zimmer's for many years now for treatment of Panic Disorder w/ Agoraphobia and felt it necessary to provide a review. Dr. Zimmer has always been extremely helpful and accommodating and has been invaluable in my treatment. He's very knowledgable in his field and after working with a number of Psychiatrists over the years, he is by far the best.
