Dr. Huffman is by far the best and most caring Endocrinologist that I have worked with since my diagnosis. Type 1 diabetes is a disease that requires constant monitoring and frequent adjustments to control. If you have Type I Diabetes, it's worth the wait to get in with this group. You'll have a doctor and staff who truly understands what you are experiencing. I've had TID for over 40 years, and I've known of Dr Huffman for about that long, but I saw another physician in the practice. I wish I had made the change sooner. I have a Dr, a Dietician, a pump specialist, and much, much more. Anyone who says they don't help didn't open their eyes in the waiting room.
