Dr. Mauk was wonderful when I hurt my back. However, his billing employees are very rude and call you a liar. Had an issue with my bill and called in to get it straightened out. I explained what I had been told by the staff the day of my appointment and the first thing out of the employees mouth was, "That isn't what was said!" Wow! Thought the customer was always supposed to be right!?!
