I had ACL reconstruction and Meniscus Repair surgery with Dr. Keyes 10 years ago. I have since moved across the country and every time I am seen fo a checkup elsewhere (since I am now too far to go to his office), the other orthopedic doctors tell me what success my surgery it was because of my great recovery. As a matter of fact, after the surgery I went on to becoming my active self again, and have since completed two full marathons. Other than making an appointment all calls to this office are sent to a voice mail and not returned for 24 hours. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. Their staff is not friendly at all, in fact they are outright rude,arguementive and lazy. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
