Must be a skillful in the surgery room but when treating with patients, not a pleasant individual to deal with as an MD. Runs out of patience easily (rushing) and if u have an ortho related question you did not fill out while registering. Make another appointment is his response. Pay me and come back again. More quantity and less quality. So glad he is not the only fish in the ocean.
Horribly Rude Staff. Charmaine is probably the rudest person that I have ever met. Dr. Keyes needs to retire or find a job that does not require him to work in public.
If you like to be diagnosed by a non-smiling, eye contact avoiding robot, visit Dr. David Keyes. A little humanity please Dr. - 2 minutes visit is defiantly a new record. BTW, the Staff is great but unfortunately that is not why I went to the Doctor. Now I have to find another doctor that can actually tell me what is wrong with me.
Dr. Keyes is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. He operated on my left knee torn meniscus in 2008. I have felt fantastic since then. Zero pain
