Staff was very friendly and professional.
It seems like every time I come in for a check-up the dentist is not there... that bothers me.
Kelly did a great job working on my teeth.
You have one assistant, Kim, who could really use a bit of a change in her "bedside manner". I've seen her twice now and, while I think she is good technically, she could improve on her people skills. She is pretty abrupt and on my last visit actually made a comment on what I "really needed" which was not exactly in line with what Dr. Fergus was doing.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have always been fearful of dentists/pain and Dr Fergus is awesome :)
Half of your front office staff are wonderful, personable, welcoming, etc. The other half are borderline rude. Robyn (Robin?) is wonderful and always tries to make things work. Keep that wonderful young lady that faces the door in that spot! She brightens up your office with her pleasant greetings and farewells!!! :)
Everyone is nice and very professional. They make going to the dentist a pleasure.
My DH is always professional and kind. I'm the worst with names...Dr. Cooper's hygienist, petite brunette, dark complected.
