I don't normally mind waiting, but I was called the day before and asked if I could come in 30 minutes early. Once there, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes before my appointment even started. I didn't appreciate being asked in earlier so I could wait longer. First time this is happened, but it was unpleasant.

Normally I do not like going to the dentist but I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The staff are all super friendly and easy to talk to and they do a great job!

With the exception of having to wait to be seated, I wouldn't change anything. I know that things come up and it can be very difficult to stay on schedule, but let patients know when there will a delay.

I have nothing bad to say. I love my hygienist, Gayla, and Dr. Cooper. I have always had the best of care. When I am asked I always refer people to this clinic.

I love the happy smiley girl that greets us when we walk in and the girl that checks us out is always so pleasant and helpful too. Kelly is so much fun I don't dread going to the dentist anymore and Alisha is fantastic with my young kiddos. And of course Dr. Fergus is super fantastic too. We feel very comfortable and at ease in your office. We are so glad we found you. Thanks for taking such good care of us!!!
