I love the staff and hygienists. Mine always remembers what is going on in my world and remembers what we talked about which amazes me.
My wait to see the dentist what quite long but he was busy on a Monday and it was no big deal. So far the office has been a great experience.
As always, my visit was very pleasant and everyone was friendly and professional!
I just want to say I was in pretty bad shape from 35 years of ignoring my dental problems. A lot of my fears and anxiety stemmed from the way the family dentist treated me when I was a child. Dr Fergus made me comfortable and now I am not afraid to smile or be me. He is the best. Sincerely Mike Laney
I was very disappointed that it took 20-25 minutes to seat me for a 9:00 appointment. I am use to being seated within 5-10 minutes of my appointment time, especially in the morning.
The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. All of the dental hygienists are super nice and as gentle as possible! Which a big bonus for me because I do have sensitive teeth and have been through some doozies! Dr Weisener has always been prompt and very nice to answer all questions and explain things.
Everyone was great!! Everyone always goes above and beyond to help you. Everyone is very friendly and personable.
