I was sent a text telling me that my appointment was scheduled for 9:30, which is the time I was given at my last appointment. A few days before my appointment I was sent a text telling me that my appointment was at 10. Since there was nothing on the text indicating that it was a time change, I didn't see the time change. I arrived at my appointment before 9:30 and had to sit for about 45 minutes. I also missed a meeting at work because of my later appointment. I was only in for my 6 month cleaning, it was a good experience. The hygienist was filling in and she was wonderful. Hopefully the regular staff is as gentle.
