There was a mix-up in the waiting room because of patients names. The hygienist that I was supposed to see took another patient back therefore I saw a different hygienist. I am not upset by this but I can see how it could cause a larger problem if the patients weren’t there for a cleaning only. I would recommend more caution when calling patients with same or similar names.
It was my first time to work with Taylor. She did a great job, had a great demeanor, and made me feel at ease. I have not yet run across anyone in your facility that has not been professional and pleasant. Keep up the great work.
