Dr. Rosenberg is always amazing. The office staff are not professional at all. They called and said they were going to cancel my husband's appointment if he didn't pay his $10 copay. We told them he did not have a copay that his secondary insurance would pay. However, his insurance has paid all 6 of his visits in full this year. They said we needed to figure it out and pay it before the visit. We called back and spoke to Angie. We were so happy to hear her voice and to know she was back.
