Called to see if they take my insurance and to make an appointment. The guy who picked up the phone sounded like he didn’t want to be there and my call was an annoyance to him. Ignored my insurance question and immediately asked why I wanted to see the psychiatrist. When I mentioned ADHD, he said they don’t treat it here because people abuse medication a lot. A very unpleasant phone conversation, that made me feel like a nuisance when I’m calling to try to get psychiatric help.
This is the worst doctor I ever met. I brought my mom to see him, and without verifying details he is accusing my mother not follow up properly. I asked the front desk details, inexperienced front desk could not recall address that he had delete. With me trying to verify if my mother really had seen him before, he is hurrying saying that is fine. I don’t want my mother to be seen as someone else! 医生很好，前台的大妈真的素质和逻辑都很差很让人无语，每次都完全不想打电话，要不是因为生病没办法，就因为这种接电话和前台的人都一点也不想和他们联系。纯纯因为王医生不得不忍着。但凡病的更重点，都会忍不住破口大骂前台的程度。。。
Dr.wang is a very experienced psychiatrist, he is not a therapist, so please do not go to him for therapy session or try to find some emotional support advice, as psychiatrist he gives very professional prescription and appropriate amount to help his patient.
