Note the hours of Google maps is correct and the office located on 6th floor, not first floor. Dr Wang filled my mom's prescription thoughtfully and professionally.

Male front desk was so rude. Picked up the phone and said “what do you want”. I replied with you don’t have to be so rude he went replying with “so”. He does not care about this job and does not care if his attitude is going to make the business lose patients.

Dr. Da Wang is the worst psychiatrist. He doesn’t show any professionalism or sympathy toward his patients. He doesn’t listen to their concerns and worries. He often makes condescending remarks that leave you feeling inferior.

Called to see if they take my insurance and to make an appointment. The guy who picked up the phone sounded like he didn’t want to be there and my call was an annoyance to him. Ignored my insurance question and immediately asked why I wanted to see the psychiatrist. When I mentioned ADHD, he said they don’t treat it here because people abuse medication a lot. A very unpleasant phone conversation, that made me feel like a nuisance when I’m calling to try to get psychiatric help.

This is the worst doctor I ever met. I brought my mom to see him, and without verifying details he is accusing my mother not follow up properly. I asked the front desk details, inexperienced front desk could not recall address that he had delete. With me trying to verify if my mother really had seen him before, he is hurrying saying that is fine. I don’t want my mother to be seen as someone else!
