After 10 years they terminated me without warning! When asked why the staff was very rude and non helpful. They later told me that I owed a balance and the bill was mailed to my house. I said I never got a bill they replied by saying yes we know it was returned as non deliverable. I asked if I could pay the balance and get reinstated she said no and once your terminated we don't reinstate. Then she hung up the phone.

I literally picked Dr. Stevens from a positive Yahoo rating and I couldn't have done a better job if I had done a ton of research. He really pays attention to his patients, and found a 90% blockage in my mother's carotid artery that no other doctor had found -- a find that definitely saved her life. A+ doctor!

By far the best doctor I have seen anywhere in nc or ny.This guy knows his stuff and does not sugar coat anything but at the same time is crazy knowledgeable and communicates very well. If you need a really good and professional staff and doctor do not hesitate to call this office. Brad

Dr. Stevens is outstanding in all respects. He is competent, caring, current, thorough and takes a personal interest in all aspects of your health. I could not ask for a better family doctor. His PA Crystal is totally incompetent. Every dealing with her has been a disaster. She has prescribed the wrong drug and the wrong dosage on multiple occasions. I refuse to see her. The front office staff and nurses are very helpful and accessible.

All thru my years of going to doctors I have never had one more thorough, compentent and caring as Dr. Stevens. His staff is to be comenteted also.

I've always had execelent service at Dr Steven's office. When sick, they've gotten me in quickly, I've never had to wait long in the office, and everyone has always been easy to work with and friendly.

My biggest complaint is that I hate the drug-company sponsored TV/video in the waiting room. It should be a quiet, restful environment; I don't need to be entertained even if it is informative or educational. The desk staff is GREAT, an actual person always answers the phone instead of a recorded message and voice menu, which is rare these days. There is very little turnover, the same people have been there since I moved to the area almost 4 years ago. Although I sometimes have to see the P.A. for "sick" visits, I can always... read more

Great Dr. Down to earth and very responsive. Has a good sense of humor and even though I see him once a year, he always remembers little things we talked about.

I REALLY like the doctor himself, very friendly and caring. The staff is another matter...front desk and nurse can have quite a patronizing way of talking down to you. Also, the office setting is not great--I can hear what's being said in the other exam room which means they can hear what's said in mine, and I've heard the staff calling in prescriptions (naming names and drugs) right outside the door of the exam room while I waited. But, I am happy with the Dr and the care I've received.
