Largest practice in the region with specialists to treat the wide spectrum of eye illnesses and disorders. The doctors are doctors for the right reason, patients are put first. They are a very busy practice, but give GREAT care. :)
Terrible service. They messed up appointment and wouldn't fix it. They have given us wrong information on multiple occasions. I wouldn't waste your time. I will never do business with them again!
I have seen Dr. Jackson now for several years at the La Vista office and I just love her! I look forward to my eye exam every year and chatting with her.
I don't want to be a number, but I felt I was during my 1st and last visit with Midwest. I called to canceled my 2nd appointment and mention I wasn't happy with my first, and they didn't even ask why? They certainly lack customer service and its obvious they could care less what happened during my first visit. Thumbs down for my rating.
The staff and Dr. Hellman at Midwest Eye Care are great. I really appreciated how efficient and professional everyone was today especially on a very busy day. As a Type 1 diabetic they always help me to feel comfortable and calm as my eyes change with this crazy disease. Thanks ladies for another great experience - I would highly recommend them to anyone!
We have enjoyed excellent care from your physicians: Dr. Hellman and Dr. Feilmeier. The assisting staff have also been outstanding! Two cataract surgeries, eye refraction and macular degeneration have been our experiences. We would strongly recommend this organization to everyone!!
All the staff at Midwest Eyecare are amazing! Dr. Hellman is excellent, very knowledgable and explains things so you understand. They take time with you; not making you feel rushed. They are willing to work with you and accommodate your schedule. They are amazing!!
