My daughter had an exam at the 180th & Q location on Sept 22nd. ( she has Medicade for insurance, she made prior authorization arrangements) she was told by her primary to have an eye exam for chronic headaches. Upon arrival she was treated very rudely. Matthew Willis who did her exam, was abrasive, & short answered. He made rude comments that are not justifiable. He told her,that her eyes are fine no need for glasses. Dr Ingvolstad is great. He did my surgery and all my follow ups. Love the person to person care and the use of normal terms that I understand.

I firmly believe I would not have any vision if it were not for the care, dedication, expertise, & experience of the doctors and staff both clinically and surgically. The competent physicians work with each other within their areas of expertise and provide total comprehensive care. Nebraska should be proud to have access to Midwest Eye Care P. C.
The doctors at Midwest Eye Care go above and beyond the call of duty to meet the emergency needs of their patients. For example, on Christmas Eve I saw Dr. Jackson at 9:30 PM. She referred me to see Dr. Appenzeller the next morning (Christmas Day). On the way home from seeing Dr. Jackson, I got a call from Dr. Appenzeller saying he wanted to see me that night so he met me at the office at 11 o’clock p.m. on Christmas Eve and did extensive laser repair. My first visit with Midwest Eye Care, P.C. was great ! They made everything so easy because it was well organized in every way....from check-in to different eye exams/tests performed. Very efficient and friendly staff made me feel comfortable . The Doctor I saw was very pleasant and easy to talk to , explaining everything I needed to know about the procedure I would have done.
