I had gone to Midwest eye care for several yrs. I went for my annual eye exam and got glasses . I ended up getting an eye infection and another doctor told me to go back to Midwest and let them know. I went back, paid another co pay and saw the eye Dr. I was given a script for eye meds and told to come back in a week. I explained that I did not want to pay another co pay as I was a nurse and the Dr. stated we will not charge you another co pay. I returned and was told the eye meds worked and I am good now. All the docs and staff are fantastic! I have never had a bad experience! If anyone needs an eye exam - this is the place to go!
I have had four eye surgeries at Midwest Eye Care, all performed by Dr. Appenzeller with outstanding results. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the entire staff.
Have been going here for a long time, wouldn't go anywhere else for my eye care.
