Had the best experience here today!! Josh was so easy and fun to work with. Had lots of helpful advice and was super friendly! Very laid back environment and super cute frames. Definitely would recommend!

Great experience for me and my 10 year old daughter getting her first pair of glasses. Dr. is very knowledgeable and thorough. Helped us get through details of health and care.
We had a great visit at this location. The staff is warm and welcoming. They gave my children coloring books and crayons while we waited. They fit us in for a walk in apt and we didn't wait⏳ but 5 mins. They helped our son with Dyslexia get colored lens approved. A minor issue arose with the pick up of my sons glasses but the store manager Brittney was right on top of it and had it fixed in minutes. My children are so happy and love❤️ their glasses I would recommend this store to anyone!
Just wanted to say that the Norman store is excellent.... I had a few scratches on my lenses, so the staff sent my lenses out to be buffed... But needless to say, after 8 days still no lenses... I called and Josh jumped right on it. He couldn't get ahold of the company, n they wouldn't answer the phone.. so he immediately ordered me a brand new set of lenses which didn't cost me a dime... ( These lenses originally cost me $400. Not including the frames) I know Josh went above and beyond for me.. thank you Josh and I will ret... read more
