Just bought 2 pair and Brittney was awesome! Will go here from now on! They don't have as big of a selection of glasses as Visionworks but their customer service MORE than makes up for it! They said my glasses would take a week to get in. They were in 3 days early!
I will NEVER use their service again. I order my glasses on June 4 and they told me it would be about 7 to 10 days to receive them, but unfortunately when I came to pick them up they weren't ready because the lab that they use did not let them know that there was a mix up with my prescription, neither did they(pearle vision) call me. I'm picky with my frames and just started a new job, so I had plenty of insurance questions. But, Britney was handily capable of mitigating my insurance woes and fit me into some frames that now allow my countenance to be bearable for public display! Thank you, Britney!
