Great customer service very friendly and helpful management is awesome it's my first time wearing contacts and they walked me step by step instructions.
We were at an appointment and could not make it on time. I called and talked to them to let them know that we would be late and they were perfectly fine with it. Very good customer service!!

Highly recommend this pearl vision! My son lost his glasses during summer camp and we live in Dallas, we had to drive up here and had a very small window to get new glasses and we showed up at almost closing time. They were able to get us a new pair of glasses and walk out the door with them within an hour. Brittney completely saved me when I was completely frazzled and overwhelmed. Thank you!
They are always nice when I come, whether I'm here for a visit or just checking out the glasses selection . I have always had excellent customer service from Brittany and she is willing to help and go above and beyond.

This is the best Pearl Vision Office/Business, this side of the Red River! I love the interaction from the staff! Dr. Claborn is the best! Brittney the office manager is the greatest! The staff visited with my family over a 2 week period and treated us "Like Family"! Best prices and discounts . . . Excellent service . . . "Come see what your missing"!!!
