As for as the Doctor, she was great, but the front end not so much. First once my glasses came within a week after my initial appointment, the lens were off and they had to be redone, because the measurements were not done correctly the first time. It has been two weeks tomorrow and I still have no glasses and when I called for an update, I was told that my glasses as of now are supposed to ship next week. These people broke my daughters glasses then said they could not help her fix nor replace them cuz she didnt buy them there!!! Then they made her a pair(we paid outta pocket) and they cocked up the lenses!!! Goin back today for satisfaction and it is all up to them what happens.
Excellent service! They treated me very well and went the extra mile in all aspects. Stellar people and place!
I found them to be very expensive and if you need more than a simple vision correction, they can't do it. Not everyone can make my glasses, and apparently they're included.

This is one of the friendliest offices I have been to! Dr. Le is happy to answer questions without rushing you out. The ladies in the front & the nurse are very sweet and knowledgeable. i give them an A+!!
