The neurosurg faculty and staff on the 7th floor were terrific. Compassionate and attentive 100% of the time. Thank you
So not fast!!!! We actually left early without discharge papers with my daughter diagnosed with a concussion. Horrible! I will drive farther if I need emergency care in the future. No response from Swedish after my feedback regarding the horrible treatment.
Extremely rude and inconsiderate staff. When a doctor would ask the family to step out of the room for a moment, other staff would immediately kick us out of the hallway and down several corridors to a waiting room. Everywhere we walked or stood, we were getting kicked out of. No congratulations from the staff on the birth we were there for. Top notch hospital. Could not have asked for a better experience.
I want to thank all of the nurses that took care of my mother Sandra, 8th floor at Swedish Hospital this past week. They were amazing. They took care of my mother and myself. You see these nurses for 12 hours a day and are lucky to see the doctor for 5 minutes, if you're lucky. When she was in pain you were there, when her blood pressure was over the roof, you were there, when she was getting sick everywhere, you were there, whenever Mom or I needed anything, you were there.
