Terrible service!! Absolutely inefficient and slow! The discharge process is embarrassing! There are plenty of other hospitals that take pride what they do!

The nurses, Nicole and Miriam, on the eighth floor were amazing to my friend. However, after asking for several days when she would be discharged, Swedish is discharging her today with no prior notice. She has nobody to help her when she gets home (she had major surgery) and is having a hard time getting a ride home. She has not lived in Denver long so does not have any really close friends there to help. Their solution was to offer a taxi voucher to her front door, where she has to go up steps to enter. The E R staff here is amazing. Within minutes of arrival with my very ill sister they were conducting tests and seeking answers. Had the sense that these people genuinely care about their patients
