I brought my 17 month old son in yesterday to the er and got GREAT service. The doctor that saw him was amazing and so friendly and made me feel that he really did care about my son.
My mom came to the ER because she collapsed & fell. ER staff was wonderful. Very impressed. Because of some cardiac issues + needing an MRI she stayed in for 2 nights. The nursing staff on the 6th floor~~ORTHO was fabulous, especially Charlotte. --the most sincerely wonderful, compassionate, thorough nurse I have ever dealt with. Simply an asset to your hospital. I've been sick and dealing with gastrointestinal issues for about. 9 years now. I've never been sent home so many times to return back to the hospital only an hour later because they wouldn't admit me; when I go back to the ER they make me sit and wait for almost an hr before taking me back again. Will ONLY return if I can't make it anywhere else.
My daughter was in this hospital for unknown abdominal pain, ultrasound showed things but CT scan didn't show anything. Tracy the medication doctor on the 7th floor (neurology) is rude and needs to be reprimanded. She thought my daughter was faking her pain and while she thought my daughter was asleep stated that the only reason why my daughter was there is because she looked homeless and probably needed a place to stay. I wish that your nurses were not in charge of so many rooms do that they could actually take care of the patients.
I had total knee replacement and they did not use a immobilizer and the fourth day they rushed me out in my PJ and blanket they then never bother to bill both insurance they never checked they just bill and don't check !!!!!!!!! I stayed four.days because of my heart rate and oxygen
