My experience with Dr Caroline Heughan was very positive from the check-in with the administration to my office visit with her. She was very professional, did a thorough check for spots, explained what I had and the treatment, which she started immediately with the liquid nitrogen. She then filed a prescription with my pharmacy and gave me written instructions concerning exactly how to use it and when. I was very pleased with this visit.
She's extremely rude. She told me "plenty of other patients that were on time we're waiting to see me" after SHE was 15 minutes late to the appointment. Clearly in the field to make money, not help people.
She has a lot of knowledge, but she is really rude and don't want to continue caring for you for things she thinks is not important even if you paid, maybe she wants to focus on bigger amounts.
Professional, polite, not condescending.
