My entire appointment was a very positive experience. The front desk gals were very friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait long at all. Dr. Shi came in immediately and was so personable and kind. I was so happy to finally meet her in person! She has very good listening skills and is a great communicator. Dr. Shi is a warm and compassionate physician who seems to truly care about her patients. She is knowledgeable and thorough. The office staff is wonderful as well and I never wait for more than five minutes to see the doctor.
