Dr. Shi has a wonderful compassion for her patients. I have a long medical history- for my age and I truly appreciate the way I never feel rushed in her office and care. Her front office staff is beyond accommodating and compared to other waiting rooms- I'm always impressed- yet never surprised by the way the front desk handles their work and patient correspondence. They are respectful and patient with each one- all sorts of people that come for treatment and assesment from all walks of life.
Dr. Shi shows a great deal of care and concern, as well as professionalism in dealing with her patients if I'm any indication. Her explanations of medical concerns, tests, and options to consider are superb. She's also a delightful person to have as a family physician.
She is very understanding. She takes the time to listen and answer all of my concerns.
