Dr. Shi is highly competent, thorough, compassionate, and always carefully listens. She explains complex medical issues extraordinarily well. Dr. Shi follows through on what she says she will do and is accessible for follow up issues. I can’t recommend Dr. Shi more highly! She is a gift!
I am lucky to have Dr Shi as my primary care physician. I trust her and know that she goes above and beyond to take care of my many medical issues with such patience, understanding and kindness. I will forever be appreciative of Dr Shi and her amazing office staff for all they do not just for me but for each and everyone of their patients.

Ten stars are not enough to express my thanks to Dr. Carol Shi for really taking the time to listen and act on all of my concerns. From past experiences with other doctors listening to patients seems to have become a forgotten skill. Thank You, Dr. Shi and I also extend thanks to her PA-C Lindsay. In addition, I cannot say enough about her effective office staff with special thanks to Mandy who always goes above and beyond to help and assist me. In Dr. Shi you truly have a dedicated doctor.
Always listens and then completely addresses issues. Very caring and approachable. I have seen her for years and could not be more pleased. Great office staff and efficient systems get you out the door with RX’s sent to pharmacy and referrals in hand!
