I have been a patient of Dr Shi since the first time she arrived at this office. She is friendly and truly interested in her patients. She remembers my info from appointment to appointment. I also appreciate the fact that many members of the Staff have been there each time I come. She always follows-up with pertinent information. Dr Shi has suggested excellent physicians as referrals for further treatment. I would totally recommend her to my friends and family. (And I have!)
As a long time patient of PFM and Dr. Shi., I am very happy with the excellent services provided by this office. The staff at PFM are very friendly, caring and professional. Dr. Shi is an excellent physician who sincerely cares for her patients, listens to their concerns and provides the best medical care and follow up.

The office staff went out of their way to make sure I was able to get the medications I needed even though the pharmacy system was down at my regular pharmacy and another pharmacy was out of stock on one of the meds. They worked with me to find a pharmacy that could fill the prescription and made sure the new pharmacy received it. This was all done on a Friday afternoon right up next to closing time.
