Dr. Messina has seen my family and I and have always taken care of us and put us back together. I would never see another doctor for my foot and ankle problems.

This office's facilities are really small and it's difficult to handle a wheelchair inside, the door's frame at the entrance is broken and the wheels get stucked trying to get in (There's no ramp) also someone in the waiting room had to move one of the chairs that was blocking my way in, otherwise I would have never been able to fit my way through, plus the waiting time is terrible. There was too many signs telling me to find a different doctor.

We are ADA compliant and have a ramp in the front of the parking lot next to the handicap parking spot for full wheelchair accessibility inside and outside the office. We treat people in wheelchairs and scooters daily and strive for a great experience. I apologize about the wait time but we are very thorough in our visits and can run behind striving to give excellent care.

I treat my patients as I would like to be treated and wish I could have given you a better experience. we have a busy practice and patients in the community rely on us for emergencies for them and most important their children. We cannot predict who is going to need urgent care for tibia or ankle fracture. We will see emergencies and apologize for the inconvenience. We are caregivers first.
First time going to the office and was very happy with the attention I received. I will definetely recomend him to my friends and family!

Dr. Messina is a great doctor. I’ve been a patient for years and highly recommend him. He’s friendly, thorough, and very helpful with my ankle healing.
Dr. Messina showed no compassion or empathy to me. He did not honor his oath as a doctor and help me. He was condescending and rude and prejudged me. His attitude was atrocious and showed no real care to me as a patient. His bedside manner is severely lacking and he left me sitting in the room and didn't even make a follow up appointment for me. His behavior is unprofessional and the way I was treated was abhorrent. I was only wanting a doctor to help me walk again and genuinely care.

As we discussed during your office visit, My medical opinion is that the pain you are unfortunately experiencing is completely out of proportion for the deformity that you have and I don't think your foot is the primary cause of your pain and dysfunction. I did recommend seeing neurology ASAP. I did not feel comfortable doing surgery on something that I do not feel is the complete basis for your pain. I apologize for any miscommunication or that you do not feel like I treated you with compassion
Dr Messina is the absolute best! I have known him for a few years now and he has taken care of both of my sons. He was so great with my youngest son (7yrs old). He was in a good amount of pain and pretty scared as well and Dr Messina was so gentle and careful with him. I refer people to him all the time. He is not only a great doctor hes a great person and I highly recommend him!
