Did not follow up my Ingrown toenail removal and did not give me antibiotic ointment so developed infection and dealing with repercussion. Office staff was not helpful and careless. This doctor didn't seem to care

Hectic staff and no warmth and they were not personable. Waiting room was packed and no room. Long wait times and everyone was complaining. Doctor was rude and obnoxious and didn't listen. Only liked to hear himself talk. Has no listening skills. Will not be back.

Dr. Messina is a great doctor. My kids feel very comfortable with him for any of their orthopedic problems. They love him!!! Highly recommend him For you or your children!!!!!!
Stay away! This doctor and medical practice let me and my son down with his soccer injury. Wait times are simply inexcusable and they must double or triple book patients. Waiting room was full of patients complaining like me. Nurse staff was rush and uncaring. Doctor was rude and dismissive and egotistical. Never again!

Dr. Messina has seen my family and I and have always taken care of us and put us back together. I would never see another doctor for my foot and ankle problems.

This office's facilities are really small and it's difficult to handle a wheelchair inside, the door's frame at the entrance is broken and the wheels get stucked trying to get in (There's no ramp) also someone in the waiting room had to move one of the chairs that was blocking my way in, otherwise I would have never been able to fit my way through, plus the waiting time is terrible. There was too many signs telling me to find a different doctor.

We are ADA compliant and have a ramp in the front of the parking lot next to the handicap parking spot for full wheelchair accessibility inside and outside the office. We treat people in wheelchairs and scooters daily and strive for a great experience. I apologize about the wait time but we are very thorough in our visits and can run behind striving to give excellent care.
