The appointment went as expected. I was Thoroughly informed of what to expect.
My visit went smoothly. Checking in was quick. The office staff were professional as well as courteous and friendly. I was able to discuss my medical issues with the doctor, as well as the recommendations for improving my health.
Dr. Shay listened to all my concerns and was very supportive for all my care.
Dr Shay has looked down every avenue to find the reason my kidneys are making stones and I get the impression he isn't going to stop until he has an answer and a plan for treatment.
Dr Shey is the best uroligest I have been to for a long time. Dr shey went over all my concerns and does the prostate cancer test each year.
Everything was extremely professional and personable. I have no complaints
Trust was felt in my visit, I look forward to Dr Shay handing my needs in the future if needed.
