Explained all very well. One thing I like about him is he is always on time for the appointments. I have been going to him since May and at all appointments we were seen within a few minutes of the scheduled time. Resolved my issue that I have doctored with for 20 years
Dr. Shay was on schedule so I did not have a long wait. He is professional but personable as well. I always have questions and he answers and explains the procedure or condition.
Dr. Shay was the peak of professional during my procedure, but perhaps more important is that he was human. Throughout the process he did an excellent job of keeping my focus on things other than the procedure itself, which made the whole process much smoother and faster than it otherwise would have been. Compared to feedback I've received from friend who have had this procedure done with other doctors, Dr. Shay provided an excellent experience.He is also a good surgeon, and my recovery has been incredibly smooth.
I am so happy and confident being in Dr. Shay's care. He is very personable, thoroughly answers my questions, alerts me to things I should bring up to my other doctors, and plans with me treatment for any diagnosis of my conditions.
