For me, Dr. Shay spent the time to answer my questions and explain the diagnosis.
Dr Shay does wonderful job sitting down and explaining results and options during each visit. Explains significance of each test and do not test, unless warranted.

The front desk staff was also welcoming. I felt respected and well cared for. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shay without hesitation and encourage anyone to book an appointment. I highly recommend this practice.
