Dr Shay was very prompt and professional. Sine this was a routine annual visit, there were few details to share. It was short and sweet!

The front desk staff was also welcoming. I felt respected and well cared for. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shay without hesitation and encourage anyone to book an appointment. I highly recommend this practice.

Explained all very well. One thing I like about him is he is always on time for the appointments. I have been going to him since May and at all appointments we were seen within a few minutes of the scheduled time. Resolved my issue that I have doctored with for 20 years
