Dr Shay while clearly medically proficient was stunningly lacking in compassion for my outcomes and how to compensate for same.

He is a good listener and seems genuinely interested in my problem. Always willing to listen and answer any questions.
Dr Shay is the one who did my vasectomy a few weeks ago, he was very professional, you could tell that he was very busy but he still took the time to make sure he answered any questions that I had and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure.
I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. Dr. Shay and his team put my mind at ease and my surgery went very well. I'm healing quickly and without issue. If I have to have another surgery I'm definitely choosing Dr. Shay

Very disappointed and disgusted whenever he sees a patient or relative of mine. He's condescending and blows patients off. I don't know how he's built a successful career with such a bad reputation amongst other physicians. Hate dealing with him.
