Great staff. They really went above and beyond to make my 7 year old daughter feel comfortable. The were also very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions.
I love this place. So very happy that my children’s other Dentist didn’t know how to bill the insurance properly causing me to look elsewhere for my children. Thank you Dr. Powell and staff my children are not scared to go to the dentist anymore. They actually want me to make more appointments so they can come back. The children are pampered here it’s great. They are fast too you never wait in lobby very long to be called back unlike most dr. offices
Dr Powell and his exceptional staff is the best in fresno for child dentistry. My children both look forward to going to the dentist now. We have been with Dr Powell for years and are very happy !! It is a great environment and very professional. All the work my kids have had done has been exceptional.
We love bringing our son here! He loves playing in the lobby and the book and balloon he gets at the end. We love how patient they are with him and all the tips and advice we are given. Can’t imagine taking him anywhere else.
Drs and their staff pull out all of the stops to make going to the dentist fun; from the TVs playing my kids favorite show/movie, stickers, sunglasses to decrease the brightness in their eyes, balloon and book and tooth friendly goodie bag at the end. The staff seem to handle even the most challenging situation with compassion and patience! Simply Amazing!
We had a great experience with Dr. Powell in the Clovis office and were excited when the Visalia office opened. The staff is great, very upbeat and gentle with kids. Dr. Powell has done procedures on my kids and everything went smoothly. We recently saw Dr. K and was impressed with him as well. I love this practice and am so happy to have found them.
We LOVED Dr.K in Visalia office. My daughter is scared of the dentist. He was very kind and patient. I think the assistant must have been having a bad day but usually they are very atentive and kind but she seemed in a hurry. I would recommend this practice to any child with a fear of dentists. My daughter said she would recommend this place to anyone.
My 2 children were recently seen at the Visalia office. The staff was great. From the front desk and dealing with insurance to the hygienist, wonderful experience. We were very Happy with Dr.K he addressed our issues and gave options. My youngest needs to have work done and they have “fun visits” to get her comfortable. Glad we found our dentist office!!
My son is now 3 yrs and Dr Nelson has been his dentist for the last 2 years. He is a great doctor and works well with children. Thanks Dr. Nelson and Powell Dentistry!
