Dr. Kay was wonderful to my two children! I love how I can schedule my two kids together and they are seen right after the other. They make the kids feel welcome and relaxed. After every checkup the kids get a balloon and a free book (how perfect is that!) I always recommend this practice to other parents! Thank you!
My little girl is 5 years old. I was referred to a surgery center that was going to use general for her dental work to get it all done at once. I was not interested in that. I shopped around and found Powell pediatrics. She had her first procedure yesterday;after a consult, a “fun visit”, on 3rd appnt, for a filling, they used nitrous, shot, fav movie, sunglasses and earphones. She did great!! Jill and Dr. K were so sweet and kind!! I was so happy about it!! My lil one was stilhappy afterwards!!
Always a great experience here. They are patient with all the kids (I bring 3 here). I have one son with Autism and they are very good with him!

The Visalia office was kind and patient with my twins who have ASD. They were quick and didn’t pressure my kids. The dentist was kind, patient and explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend this office to anyone with kids.
My son had teeth cleaned and then 2 teeth pulled by Dr K in Visalia. Friendly and patient staff and Dr K is very kind, gentle, and efficient! They were very responsive to my son and to me with concerns, questions. They were very professional and collaborative. I really appreciate their patient centered treatment approach.
All staff members are welcoming, knowledgable, and great with kids. They are always on time, friendly, and make our children feel at ease for every appointment. Kids also get to play in the lobby before and afterwards,get a balloon, stickers, pick out a book.
