Had multiple visits with this provider. Was more concerned with profit than patient outcomes. Could not answer basic medical questions and despite this being a life-altering condition, got up and walked out of the room. I would urge you to seek someone, anyone, other than Brandon Rubens.

Dr. Rubens has been attentive to my kidney stone situation, which is a bit complicated. He took time to show me and my husband my scans and to explain his strategy. He called me himself when he received my CT results, and moved up my appointment to ensure I received quick treatment. I find him incredibly easy to talk to. He completed a procedure quickly and skillfully, and he has my full confidence.
Prompt, professional, courteous. Answers all my questions. Always has my needs and best interest top of mind even if I don’t fully understand. I’ve had sepsis from biopsy by previous dr. He and his staff shared and alleviated my concern about having another one and gave me the right antibiotics. Can never urinate after procedure so I wind up with a catheter. He drained my bladder while I still was under anesthesia. Why don’t they all do that!!!
Dr. Rubens is really good at what he does. If you have the good fortune of being his patient, your health is probably going to be safeguarded in ways you might not even presume at the moment. Glad I was able to find him, and happy to be a continuing patient.
He blasted my husband's kidney stones and was incredibly wonderful!!!
Obnoxious. Seeing me for the 1st but told me he didnt want to hear what I had to say. Just shut up and listen.
Excellent care throughout. Communicated fully regarding condition and treatment options. Would definitely recommend.
Dr. Rubens was just fantastic. Highly skilled, professional and caring doctor. If you are looking for the best doctor with ultimate skills then just blindly go with him and I am always grateful to him.
