It was very pleasant as can be for a tooth being pulled. I was surprised how quick it was tooken out. Staff was friendly as usual I’m glad that I’m a patient there.

I was called by the office to reschedule my appointment. Life happens and I understood. I usually see Dr. Justin. I was not notified ahead of time that not only the hygienist and dr were switched, but that polishing was not offered at this time. Courtney was usually attuned to patients requests. I miss her. I was very disappointed that the switched appointment was not with the same people and in the lack of communication. You don’t pull surprises with someone with high anxiety. I’ve learned my lesson!
