Today was my first appointment since leaving a terrible dentist practice last year. The staff at Dr. Bob's Cheektowaga especially Cassie & Amanda were so kind and welcoming that I wanted to cry with joy. Thank you so much!

The dental hygienist, Charlene, is a professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic person and a MAJOR reason that I go to the dentist at all. For those of you that don't like the dentist ( you know who you are 😉) she really knows how to work well with that. She makes me at ease while cleaning my teeth. My teeth are VERY sensitive so cleanings have been an issue in the past but not now! Thanks Charlene!!

The staff are friendly and the dental hygienists make me comfortable and explain everything they do before they do it. They're so gentle that I feel like I just had a mouth massage. My dentist is Dr Martin and he is so good that if he left for his own practice I would follow him...
