Charlene did an excellent job cleaning m teeth. She advised me to use sensitive toothpaste for a problem I was having with tissue peeling in my mouth. Dr. Eric did an excellent checking my teeth. I'm happy he found no cavities.

I'm not sure if this is a regular practice of the dentists now a days, or not. But he left me at least 3 different times during the process of getting my tooth filling. He met with 2 other patients as well as with another dentist as I was in the chair. Seems sort of rude, as well as taking up more of my time. Can anyone tell me if this is the way they run their business in todays world ?? Or am I over sensitive. Or just old fashioned?

The Dentist has an obligation to all the patient's that are scheduled that day. It is necessary for Hygiene patients to have a dental exam by the Dentist. Unfortunately, that interrupts the other patients appointment. All Dentist routinely follow this type of schedule. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
