I was called by the office to reschedule my appointment. Life happens and I understood. I usually see Dr. Justin. I was not notified ahead of time that not only the hygienist and dr were switched, but that polishing was not offered at this time. Courtney was usually attuned to patients requests. I miss her. I was very disappointed that the switched appointment was not with the same people and in the lack of communication. You don’t pull surprises with someone with high anxiety. I’ve learned my lesson!

Dr. Bob's is the only dentist I will ever go to. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I DO NOT like going to the dentist but going to Dr. Bob's makes the visit manageable 😊 If you are looking for a dentist but are hesitant, don't hesitate to give Dr. Bob's a try.

I truly lucked out finding this place. As someone who hasn’t been to the dentist in awhile I was extremely nervous about my upcoming appointment but Dr Martin and Katie the dental hygienist made my visit painless and It was definitely a positive experience. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of dental care. Also staff is super friendly and answered all my questions.
