Their office was packed with annoyed people. Appointments usually took place two hours after they were scheduled. The office staff was rude and incompetent. Paperwork was lost and requests for information were dismissed. Their pain management does not return calls even to schedule procedures they suggest. They did call to request money for forms which varied depending on who you talked to. The happiest moment at Regional Orthopedics was when I was discharged.

I have been a seeing since 1990, from an MVA, have used him over the yrs for many other problems and fractures that have come up. I have also have brought both of children there for various problems and fractures. I like the Doctors, nurses and most of the staff. I have used their pain management Dr's as well. I have had problems with the billing dept only, they are not very polite. Dr Gleimer has done several hand surgeries, 2 knee surgeries in which he had to repair from bad surgery done by a Dr in Fla.

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation! Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe Does this provider treat their staff well? No, the staff was very mistreated
