Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Did this provider have reasonable prices? No, it was expensive.

They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. He is very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. I have been going to Dr Barry Gleimer since 1990 for all my ortho needs since, and there has been many. I been taking both my girls there when needed. I have full trust with him. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.
