Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. Very good doctor. They care. I would refer them to friends. The nurse at the reception desk was very, very rude though.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere

I WAS A PATIENT AT THIS LOCATION FOR A FRACTURED WRIST, I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, I HAD 2 PM APPTS, AND WAS NOT SEEN BY THE DOCTOR UNTIL ALMOST 6PM. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE,

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
