Excellent care by everyone. Easy to schedule appointment, numerous, appropriate telephone calls about the procedure. Upon arrival the front office staff were prompt and courteous. The nurses and technicians in the preop and recovery areas were experienced, compassionate provided excellent care. Dr. Hanna exhibited technical expertise. Results were available and discussed with patient by Dr. Hanna before discharge. Highly efficient and competent practice. I would recommend this physician and his office to my family.
Dr. Hanna gave me good advice when I first saw him in the hospital even though I was not yet his patient. Subsequently, AFTER my hospital stay, he connected me TWICE to a specialty pharmacy that could help with my problem! That's dedication. Only after all this did I make a scheduled appointment with him. At that time he recommended a procedure which was later carried out with efficiency and caring by him and his staff in their surgical center.
I have been to Dr. Hanna for an EGD and a colonoscopy, both went very well. Dr. Hanna was very kind and helpful. I feel informed and well-cared for.
Dr. Hanna has the personality of a weed eater. He's condescending and disrespectful. I'm 65 and this is the first time I've left a bad review for anyone. I've had 19 invasive surgeries; none on my spine, and I have loved and revered everyone of them.
Dr. Hanna was professional, personable, and explained the procedure in easily understandable language. He also clearly described the results. His staff was also professional, efficient, and pleasant.
I recently had a colonoscopy with Dr. Hanna. At the initial appointment, he was professional, friendly, unhurried, and a good listener. As to the procedure, the facility was clean, efficient, and non-traumatic. I felt like I’d gone to a spa and taken a nap. The results were delivered to me in the recovery room by dr Hanna. Thank you Dr. Hanna. And this good review is well deserved!

Today I had my preventative colonoscopy. The staff was warm and welcoming. They kept me informed each step of the way, and I felt very comfortable as if Dr. Hanna and his staff really cared about ME. My aftercare was with Diane. She answered all my questions and was very nurturing. THANK YOU ALL!
