Dr Hanna performed a colonoscopy procedure on me. This was first, and perhaps only, encounter I had with him. He was very open to questions before the procedure and explained what he was going to do. Afterwards, he told me his observations and conclusions, and answered a few more questions. Very competent before, during, and afterwards.
As soon as I entered the surgical side of the gastro facility, I was treated with the utmost professionalism, compassion and respect. His center ran like a personalized well oiled machine. Everyone involved made eye contact and introduced themselves and what they do. Never felt like they were in a hurry although I knew they were busy. Dr. Hanna was down to earth and took his time. I would not hesitate to recommend him and staff.
The preparation for my procedure began two weeks prior. I was contacted by email, text, and phone directly from office staff and nurses. Every professional listened carefully to my questions allowing me time to share concerns. When the day came for the actual exam, I had the same experience which left me at ease and confident.
