The preparation for my procedure began two weeks prior. I was contacted by email, text, and phone directly from office staff and nurses. Every professional listened carefully to my questions allowing me time to share concerns. When the day came for the actual exam, I had the same experience which left me at ease and confident. 1st time there for Colonoscopy. I’d give 10 stars if I could The moment I walked in the admission staff was helpful and courteous. I was a patient of Dr. Hanna's for a brief period of time. I found him to be kind and compassionate while discussing options for me. He spent the time I needed in talking to him. He was patient in his explanation of procedures and drugs. I never felt like I was rushed. I would recommend him to anyone!
I have had three or four colonoscopies, and this was, by far, the easiest one. Much was due to the support staff, but Dr. Hanna was great right from the start with his introduction, to my awareness of his actions near the end of the procedure, and to his finding the infection that was the cause of my discomfort.
