Kept waiting in room for almost an hour, although they did check in on me. Agree with other reviewers that she degrades men, has constant staff changes, brings animals to work, talks about herself on food, restaurants, tattoos, clothing.
Always accommodating, very friendly staff when calling in with a question or fitting you in for an appointment. Left Buffalo Medical group and cannot be happier with the service they have provided. Appointment times have been excellent as you are not waiting to see someone (although the new waiting room is awesome) come in and you are speaking to someone right away. I plan on staying with Sunrise Medical Group as long as I live in the area.
When you can say you look forward to your Doctor visits, that about says it all. From the beautiful office, the caring staff and a Doctor who truly listens, takes the time to answer your concerns, makes sure you understand her concerns and gives sage council, Sunrise shines! Thank you for caring Dr. Burke and all your staff.

I have been a patient of Dr Burke’s for 4 years now. I have recommended her to friends and family as well. I have seen Dr Burke as well as PA’s for my physicals. Everyone from the front desk staff, the nurses and everyone in between us pleasant. I’ve never had an issue. I have never felt pressured or pushed as if I have with other medical professionals in the past and I value that they make me feel comfortable coming to the practice. Thanks Dr Burke! Ashlee Costanza

I have been a patient of Dr. Burke's for about 4 years. I have never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen. I had stopped seeing my last Dr. because I always had to wait 2 hours or more before being seen. The staff here is very patient and kind.
Oh.my.gosh....where to start. Dr. Burke was referred to me by a friend. I just needed a new primary. I am going on 5 yrs of being her patient and she is theee best!!! I now have my daughter and my husband seeing her. I understand that patients can become annoyed with longer wait times but I assure you she isn't eating bonbons in the break room. She as well as her PA's take the time to thoroughly go through whatever medical issue you are having and get you on the road to recovery. The staff is wonderful. I always look forward... read more
The new location for Sunrise Medical Group is beautiful! The office and its staff and nurses are welcoming and kind. I see Shannon McFall and she is wonderful, she really cares about your health and makes you feel comfortable. I am glad I chose this practice as my general care provider & I would recommend them to anybody!! I am not sure why anyone else has had an issue with the nurses or staff -everyone always seems to be polite and in a good mood. - Molly Scibran
