I just love Dr. Burke she’s down to earth, she cares very much for her patients, And her staff are just as caring
My child was seen by Dr. Burke. The appointment was scheduled for an ongoing issue. At the time of the appointment, child had sports injury. Dr. Burke evaluated child for the injury as well and referred to physical therapy. A month after PT started, the office said Dr. Burke would not provide a prescription. When I called Dr. Burke's office, I was told she was never seen for the injury and needed a new appointment for her to be seen. I finally found an excellent Dr, Dr Burke is compassionate and listens to her patients. I’m finally very comfortable with her and her nurse practitioners. I recommend Sunrise medical to anyone looking for a great practice.
Very “surface” doctor. Her inability to see and make appropriate recommendation to obvious issues beyond her primary scope is not reflective of the experience she claims to have as a doctor.
I've been with Dr Burke / Sunrise Medical for years now. I found her after several attempts with other offices. #1 kindness from everyone. This is huge for me. Going to the doctor can be challenging for some people. Getting greeted by a miserable, snarky receptionist will immediately send me packing. You will never have this issue at Sunrise. Best primary office I've ever had in NY. Several of my family members are also patients.
I have been going to Dr Burke for years. She works with you to keep you healthy and doesn't do the I am the Doctor and you will do it this way. She makes it so you are the one in charge of your health and she is the guidance
I've had no issues since going there. She has been nothing but professional and friendly. I did have one billing issue but it was quickly resolved. I would recommend her entirely, staff is great office is clean everyone is polite. I'm a senior and can't see any issues not to go there if you are wondering.
Unprofessional. Will NEVER accept any treatment from this horrendous “MD”. What a joke she is to be a “MD”. The worst medical professional I have ever encountered. She is honestly a disgrace to the rest of us in the medical field.
No wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. She didn’t listen to me or offer any help other then giving me more medicine that I told her that I didn’t want to take to begin with because it made me extremely tired. She more or less said it was her way or the highway!!! Great way to treat a patient requesting help!
