This is for her PA. I typically do not leave poor reviews, but if you're looking for a sign if you should choose this practice or not, DON'T. The new PA was just not friendly at all and rushed through it. She asked how my anxiety was, I said not great, and all she says is "you're not getting Xanax. But I'm putting you on an antidepressant." I said "no" and we quickly moved on to the other scripted questions. It gets worse. I have an issue where my leg shakes. Dr. Burke and her staff are fantastic! I've been a patient for 5 years and have nothing but good things to say about them. I have recommended Dr. Burke to several of my family and friends and will continue to do so. My office visits are efficient, and I've never had to wait any longer than 10 minutes. The PA's I work with are really great and focus on my health and well being. They understand me and what I need. Thanks Sunrise!

I cannot stress enough how stressed out this doctor can make you. She told me I could drop dead at any time from a heart problem I did not have, and also that I had CANCER (she shouted that at me) and sent me for a procedure that could not be done. While reviewing my chart one time she turned to me and used some very inappropriate language to express her dismay with someone she had hired. I think her mind should have been on my health issues and not her own issues. I have no idea how her practice stays in business.
Dr. Burke, is a very unprofessional Doctor. Her bedside manners are absolutely untasteful . I would never recommend anyone to her.
Worst patient care I have ever received. In pain and having to wait hours for a medication as well as having to fight with the doctor to run tests not just give me a medication. Terrible patient care. They just want to get you in and out. No tests run or anything, just give you a pill and go on your way. Had a sinus infection for 3 months that they refused to give me antibiotics for.
If you’re looking to go on the Mediterranean diet this is the doctor to see. If you’re looking for someone to listen to your symptoms go somewhere else. Also nurse Melissa needs to learn better bed side manners.
Not professional staff or doctor
I love Dr Amy Burke. I like a Doctor that's friendly and relaxed and makes you feel that way also. Her staff is great and never had an issue. So what if she brings her dogs to work. I'm an animal lover and I think it's great. Other Doctors have done the same. If you don't like her go to another Doctor.
